      Data Solutions Inc is a family owned company which makes it a very friendly place to work. They are very flexible time and are understanding in certain situations.

      The work is boring. Upper management does not connect well with employees.No room for advancement in the company regardless of how qualified you are. Benefits are not great. A lot of decisions are made based on what upper management thinks is best for the client and not what the client actually wants. A lot of times clients are turned off because they don't feel like their ideas are being appreciated. This makes it very hard for employees to connect with their clients they work with on a day to day basis.

      The team and managers are knowledgeable and take time to help you learn so as whole the company is the best in the business at what they do. Everyone is like family.

      Due to the nature of the business there is some down time that management is working diligently on to fill that time with other types of work that will benefit their clients more than just semi or annually. This will also create steady employment all year round so they can keep the best of the best employees and not lose them because they need to go somewhere else for full time, year round work.
