There are no Pro's the CEO and his management staff all lie to their employees. They tell their employees what they want to hear to keep them quite.

The CEO and his Management staff state in the interview that you have to wait a month for your first check, he explains the reason for the long wait is that because if things don't work out “meaning if you leave or get laid off" you will have a full two week check when you leave. When you get your first check it will not be for a full four weeks, it will only be for two weeks. When you leave the company they will not pay you for the first two weeks of time worked. Some might say, Oh the first two weeks where unpaid training and that’s why they didn’t pay you. NO in order for any company to do this they have to state that training is unpaid or it has to be on the offer letter in writing. Beware they steal from their employees and treat their employees like Scum.
