Vantaggi
Coworkers were great, for the most part, and genuinely cared about doing a good job for clients.
Svantaggi
Stress levels are terrible, morale is consistently low, workloads are unmanageable, training is amateurish (overloaded employees expected to train newbies who are thrown into the deep end way too early). Management is terrible. They will lie to you and about you and throw you under the bus to deflect attention from their lack of leadership. Reactive, not proactive. Just moving from crisis to crisis and fire to fire. They pretend to be the industry leader when competitors offer much better product/technology. Many, possibly most, people don't feel like it's possible to do a good job. If clients had any idea what goes on, there would be no clients.Raises are small to nonexistent, career paths are unclear and inconsistent.
