If you are of a project, you're in IDLE, meaning you pray to get another internal project in the less amount of time possible. They don't care about getting you another one before you exiting the current project. You can be in IDLE from 2 to 8 months, then you're out. Now, if you're in IDLE you will get your salary decreased, they say so you can be competitive again. Meaning, if you get a new project, you cannot get your previous fee unless you prove you're excellent at your new project and after some time, you can request to get back to your previous rate.¿ Rate increments were suspended for more than a year due to the invasion of Ukraine. Then the news came that DataArt acquired a new company to increase market share, and also a million-dollar investment in AI, but yeah, rate increments are suspended. Also, projects will require you to do extra labor. If you ask how it's gonna be paid, they say "we will talk on Monday". Meanwhile, you will work on the weekend. Also now, they don't see national holidays as before. Now you need to request NOT to work on those days, and it needs approval. They say now you have 30 days of vacation overall, but you need to discount your national holidays. So, people with more than 5 years got their vacations reduced, as well as people living in countries with holidays

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Svantaggi

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
