Thank you for the feedback and the time that you took to provide it. All the points you have made are more than important for our mission and culture as we are a very diverse, multinational company with employees who have different backgrounds but thrive to successfully manage being a part of one very big, but incredibly unique team! Currently, we realize that there is a pretty visible gap in knowing the company’s practices among people who have been working with us for many years and those who have joined us just recently. We are doing our best to address this situation by improving new comer’s onboarding experience and are aiming to see a progress in a very near future.
