      Great atmosphere Majority of the colleagues are really competent There's some paid idle time (if your project has finished and you're looking for the next one) you can use for self-education Work from home is a super convenient option

      At times it's kinda hard to figure out the possible growth paths, cause there are no well-defined mentorship programs for non-trainees

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
