- No professional development - both in theory and in practice - Salary increase process is difficult and not transparent at all, people are turned down with their requests with no explanation - A so-called flat structure is a nightmare that is convenient only for top managers that don't need to make decisions themselves but rely on multiple committees, that immensely slows any process - A lot of people don't do their job and being kept there only because they joined 10-15-20 years ago and are in good terms with the top management (or even better, their relatives) - Internal systems are obsolete and do not fit such a big company anymore
