You will spend most of your time copy editing and chasing after external contractors to meet their deadlines. - Rampant, abrasive micromanagement. There is no room for variation, errors, learning or improvement. - Job responsibilities are a moving target. You will regularly have your day-to-day responsibilities change, and be held responsible if you don’t meet targets based on skills you were not hired for. - Frequent rewarding/promotion of employees who are known to bully their coworkers and subordinates.
