- The manager I worked for does not have strong people or teambuilding skills. Investing in people and supporting their long-term success is not a priority. People seem to come and go in this organization. - The onboarding experience was terrible compared to most organizations where support through the normal learning curve is the cultural norm. - Managers criticize people for seeking to collaborate with colleagues rather than working independently. - Most significantly, my manager demonstrated a lack of integrity and humility. They were highly critical of others' work, while never acknowledging any mistakes or needed areas of growth of their own. - Senior leaders and HR did nothing but support this manager's actions and words, indicating a more widespread problem with the culture, not just poor individual behavior.
