-- Very aggressive in taking legal action against former employees. I am afraid to write this review. -- Promises made to staff are virtually never kept: pay increases, bonuses, 401k (non-existent, but listed on the employment agreement), etc. -- Offers lower salary with a promise of bonuses. Do not be deceived! They rarely pay out bonuses, and when they do it is never 100% (usually 50-70%) of the amount you agreed to when you were given the job offer. -- Sub-par pay, bonuses, and medical insurance. -- Travel expenses for field engineers/personnel are paid out of employee's pocket, with reimbursements happening intermittently or not at all. -- Business decisions occur without/disregarding technical input, resulting in situations where services cannot be delivered because the technology and/or teams are not ready or available. -- Sales team is larger than the support teams. Focus is on making contracts and not customer service or deliverables. -- Withholds first and last paychecks. Former employees have to jump through hoops and prove they are not in violation of a poorly-written NDA before receiving them. -- A highly regarded employee gave two week notice. This person was then asked by the top tier to stay for a month to train their replacement, and they delayed the start date on their new job. Just a few days later, the person was let go with no reason and no pay or compensation. -- Key employee was fired on the whim of a top-level person. Their replacement was not hired for several weeks, and it took months to recover from the disruption. -- Poor investment into infrastructure. Starts contracts with customers before obtaining equipment and personnel to support those contracts. -- Personally witnessed decisions being made by top-level personnel that would result in customers leaving, and possibly pursuing legal action against the company if they knew. PERSONALLY, I believe this company is morally and ethically bankrupt, starting at the very top. Please trust me on this: avoid it if you value your sanity and have even a sliver of moral values.
