Management is very good to employee and very understanding. There is always something small going on like little treat bags for Halloween or appreciating employee for their work. Has some work at home opportunities.

Does not pay as much as other call centers. Small company so not always a job to be done unless its in the holiday season.

Management sometimes cares about their employees by recognizing top employees by giving them awards and recognitions and during special days and holidays they organize games and give prizes to their employees (modest prizes).

Dealing with shortages of hours for most part of the year, not enough to make a decent living.
