6ywow, no benefits? well....full time employees get medical and dental and 9 paid holidays, also get a graduated scale of sick and vacation which we put all into PTO which can be accumulated . for example, during the 11th year (our average employee has been here longer than 11 years) a full time employee actually earns 21 days of PTO. It is true that part time employees do not get benefits. So it is confusing that this former employee didn't feel like there were any benefits. Clearly disgruntled, and it is unfortunate for their experience. It is true that the CFO (bookkeeper) is very black and white, and can be very abrasive and we are sorry for your experience with him.
