The most hypocritical company I have worked for. So much false toxic positivity. Company pretends to care about its employees wellbeing, only to lie and manipulate them. They seem to prey on people's trust, praising them through stupid ''appraisals'' that absolutely no one cares about, and then firing the same employees the very next day based on unclear or false reasons. Once, they have fired half of a team, without consulting the manager of the team, They fired the top performers that were professionaly showing the disagreement. They literaly FORCE AND TRACK their employees to write Linkedin posts in company's interest. It's a toxic environment that values image over integrity. And the image, oh my God! Cool bean bags and the slide in the office, cool team buildings. But tomorrow, they give a promotion to a guy that was working SUPER HARD for years, only to fire him 3 weeks later. Shame on you Databox.
