There's a real opportunity in almost every role to make an impact on customers, on your colleagues and on your own career. Most people will learn a lot in a short space of time and it can really springboard your career forward. The company and the leadership teams are conscious that a positive culture is really important to productivity and everyone's enjoyment of their time here but as a company grows it inevitably does start to change and I think we're at a transition point right now from fun startup to more serious player.

There's a lot of pressure on a fairly regular basis so if you're looking for somewhere to coast this isn't the spot for you. You'll be expected to give everything you have and a little extra as the business really wants to establish itself as the key player in the space. This means you'll be held accountable for owning your part of that success, that visibility isn't for everyone. With more layers of management, there does come a little reduction in the level of transparency of vision that the lower layers see but no different from any company at this size. In short, if you can deal with the pressure and you want a high pace, rapid growth and very technical environment this is probably for you.
