PIPs are handed out like lollies to some of the best reps in the region when they miss a target. - Sales success is with a few "lucky" individuals, the vast majority are not making their number and either looking for another job or waiting for the IPO payday. - Every manager pretends to want to help you, but the truth is, they have no ability to help their reports.
