High turn and lack of community. As a sales rep it's difficult to perform your role here with such an engineer-centric environment. The product is good and should continue to perform in the market. But, don't even bother asking for help during sales cycles. Unfortunately, the communication between the sales and tech folks is significantly lacking, which is extremely necessary, and will cost you several opportunities and reduce your ability to perform well.

I learned a tremendous amount about observability, technical discovery, outbound prospecting, and how modern engineering organizations operate. The company has also gives reps exposure to large accounts and technical conversations early in their careers.

The ramp for newer AEs can feel steep, especially in a hgihly competitive outbound environment. Success often depends on timing, territory, pipeline momentum, and consistent coaching. There can also be a significant pressure tied to activity metrics and pipeline generations, which may be difficult for reps still developing confidence and process consistency.
