1yThank you for sharing your feelings about your time at Dataiku. Firstly, we are happy that you see the potential in our product and people. However we're sorry to read that you felt frustrated. Although we've worked hard this year to improve communication about our strategy and ensure transparency about decisions it sounds like there's room for improvement in the APJ region. Our engagement survey, launched this year, is designed to better obtain employee feedback and understand what is needed to ensure a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
With regards to career progression, while we are pleased to say we were able to successfully launch our levelling framework, we also know that this is just the first step in building a truly robust and transparent career path framework for Dataikers. We are continuing to explore the best ways to ensure career progression in a way that is meaningful and impactful for our teams. This includes looking at promotions and development opportunities, as well as lateral career paths.
