Being self-driven, there can be periods where it is hard to find direction. Some projects hit roadblocks and become hard to drive forward. You'll be following behind me... so you have big shoes to fill (/flex).

Extremely High stress environment. Leadership oversells to customers with out the resources to back it up. No respect for personal life balance. They will take from you as much as they can without a thank you or any appreciation.
