Payment:
Hired by Collegeboard to recruit and pay proctors for SAT exams. All of their competitors who also works for Collegeboard, such as CustomerHD, pays you the FULL alloted work time since you, the worker, reserved the time in your schedule. Datamatic is the ONLY recruiting service that pays by the hours working. I have confirmed this info with their fellow competitors.
Poor Communication:
Their emails are the only emails going into spams for any company I ever contact with. ALL of their contacts with me are Indians or Indians pretending to be Westerners, saying they are 'from Canada' but is actually not. Why lie?
Their onboarding emails are filled with spams and unnecessary bloats. I have never seen a company that needs 5 separate people to manage onboarding remotely for something as simple as proctorship. They keep pinning one another in a long Gmail daisy chain it's embarassingly unprofessional.
Complete Invasion of Privacy:
They also consistently badgers you with tons of emails, their background check is one of the most invasive I have ever seen, and they don't even have a person based in the US (until the test day) to actually confirm the background checks. Their solutions in any issue is to badger you for a video call or something dumb, and they all have such a thick accent it's hard to understand. They would go to any length to contact you, like calling you or emailing you.
They recruits people exclusively by cold dm-ing on LinkedIn; I got 3 recruiters from Datamatics all just cold dm-ing me for this one specific event, they are beyond predatory and opportunistic.
Apps:
They use ADP which is a terrible app. Despite needing the app to do sign ins and outs, they still demand you also do it on a sheet of paper as well. Incredibly inefficient.
