Dataminr has been a great place for me to grow in my expertise, and career wise. There are many, many ways for people who work hard and have ideas to make a mark for themselves here. Great sense of purpose as we build a meaningful product that has amazing real world impact. Our team is a passionate bunch of people and I love working with them everyday.

There are the usual growing pains of any fast growth company. I would advise to see this as a challenge and an opportunity which will both be fairly short lived as we go through this period of the company's life.
