There is no guidance or professional development support. • Inexperienced Leadership: The training staff lacks real-world industry experience. The supervisor and the trainers are essentially fresh graduates with very little practical background, meaning the rest of the team struggle to provide expert, advanced guidance. • Basic Infrastructure Issues: The Wi-Fi for trainees simply does not work, which is highly disruptive and unacceptable for a technical training program.
