Employer fired me because I asked for payroll payment - Recensione dipendente - Data Scientist presso Dataquest (NJ)

I lost the client after 5+ years with the client. The moment Dataquest found out, they blocked my payroll from Inuit and paychex and refused to pay. Even now I can't download my pay stubs! They kept on saying they will pay, but didn't. I was only asking for the billed payment while I was working. Because i was asking for payment repeatedly, they said that I was rude and fired me. I also had a loss of salary when I lost my last client. The activity of the employer is against H1B rule. Kindly avoid them.
