Great place for zero experience techs to learn and grow

Zero room for growth. Titles are arbitrary. Operations is running as a skeleton crew while there is zero accountability for management’s failure to provide action-items on personal boundaries, training documentation and toxic employees. This is not a place for technicians with some experience in the field to come and work. You will be asked to run the show indefinitely while the people above you work on client retention and sales call.
