It's a perfect environment that's set up for growth and opportunity. Small company but has lots of potential. Simple business model that allows workers to advance at their own pace.

There aren't really any. It's not a salary based position, so you do have to go out there and work and get sales to get paid, but that's the only con.

Excellent service and very friendly to staff and customers!

Need to hire more experience people who know what they are doing and to make training much stronger.
