A lot of workplace bullying towards new staff One day of training and no support after that Running very short staffed and expects everyone else to pick up that slack Got in trouble for sitting down during a 10 hour shift, told we’re not allowed to take breaks No real management team—the managers are just people who get paid more to be servers to the members. There are no actual leaders, no real guidance, no real direction on what the goals are. No communication whatsoever. You can ask 10 people the same question about how things operate and get 10 different answers, no one seems to know anything for sure
