Awful environment to work in, it's daily all day year round gossip. The people that have been at dy 10+years are mostly the problem and reason why newer employees don't stick around. Super high turnovers because of the fact that everyone is concerned about gossiping and talking down to people instead of actually working, hence why they might have been declined in productivity. Talk of change is not going to happen unless serious changes are made to the culture that is DY. They may hire people with the potential of growing, changing but keeping employees because they have been there a long time is the major problem if they really don't work.
