Micromanagement from upper management. It's a mom and pop business on a large multi million dollar scale. David and Sybil Yurman run the company like a dysfunctional family. Turnover is tremendous. You will work very hard with long hours only to be fired within 2 years if you're lucky. Beware! This is a dreadful company to work for either in corporate or retail.
