Work life balance is non existent. Little to no partnership for store managers. Constant network and ordering issues. ELT do not know what is going on in the field and push, in a demeaning way, for unrealistic expectations and goals that are unachievable. When goals aren't met the store managers, their leadership teams and staff are made to feel less than human. There isn't a forum to voice opinions on the store levels to the ELT. They could care less, as they know better. There are TOO MANY new processes that exceed reasonable change in a short period of time. Teams are held accountable to meet kpi goals or else they are threatened with their jobs. You would think a 2 time bankrupted company would look for gaps and misses in their brands and be open to feedback from those on the "front lines."

Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
