      You get to work with great people. Learn a lot of different things about body type and helping others achieve their vision.

      The commission was based on productivity. If you had more hours and worked at non-peak sales times it could be a disaster for your commission. People would call out just to make commission.

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

      management is passive aggressive and condescending especially if your a teenager that’s just starting, i already got in trouble for not being pushy enough while trying to upsale. also low working hours and atleast for me i usually don’t get any breaks
