If you're considering a role here, proceed with caution. Management tends to micromanage even the smallest tasks, creating a stressful and unproductive environment. Deadlines are often unrealistic and feel intentionally rushed, leaving little room for quality work or personal well-being. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of fairness and professionalism at the leadership level. The VP shows clear favoritism toward a select group of new home consultants, many of whom are personal friends. If you're not part of this inner circle, be prepared to feel excluded, undervalued, and at times disrespected. Work-life balance is essentially nonexistent. Expectations are high, but support and understanding are lacking. This might be the right fit for someone who thrives in a high-pressure, clique-driven environment, but it’s definitely not for those who value healthy company culture and fair treatment. Let me know if you'd like a version that's more toned-down or tailored for internal feedback instead.
