Easy to talk to the people at the top. Easy to work with others and everyone stays positive most of the time. Good benefits, casual atmosphere, very flexible overall.

The company has a bad time planning out the big projects. Going back and forth between departments and managers. Either doesn't have a defined development process or never sticks to it.
