average pay to below average with high expectations for work output with unattainable commissions goals. Tried implementing a new commission plan 2 months before i left and a work colleague with 9 yrs tenure would then be taking a $10k salary decrease, due to them changing the commission plan from underneath them. Toxic work culture, as everyone has either 20+ years of tenure and expects you to know as much as they've learned within 1 year of working there. NO Training program which promotes irregularities among coworkers and internal issues, as well as issues with communication for customers. Everyone has an attitude in the office, the buildings on both sites (NY, and CT) are horribly outdated in terms of HVAC, flooring, lighting, restrooms etc. (to turn on the lights in the office, you have to use the breaker box, like what the heck?) Definitely a great place to work if you want to commit career suicide. Best of luck.
