As with any employer there are still people involved. Some are rock stars to work with and for and some are not. You can not base an opinion of an employer based on one or two individuals. As long as you are the best employee and take pride in your own work.

Medical insurance was great. They offered HRA funds that helped offset the deductibles. 401k match and profit sharing was highest percentage I had seen in my career.

Politics were a huge part of every day, no vacation, poor wages for hourly employees, business office staff did not get raises like the plant employees did. Too many people involved in decisions and they did not communicate with each other. Felt like you were expected to be there 8-5 every single day. It was even frowned upon to take a couple of hours off to go the dr. or dentist which you sometimes had to do when you worked 8-5 every day. Did not promote work life balance at all.
