I can say without any question that if I stood right in front of the person who hired me and had a conversation with them, they'd have no clue who I was unless I introduced myself, and I've been working for them for several years. Annual raise? Maybe, maybe not. The pay structure is a salary of less than $40k and a monthly bonus determined by how many projects are completed for the month, which is an incentive to produce low quality work that can be completed quickly to make the pay an almost livable wage
