Constructive criticism is given to improve when needed. -Plenty of opportunity to develop and carve out your career path -Continuous learning -Incredible place to work

      -The product has serious competition in the market. Theres a product development roadmap which is being executed well, but we don’t have all the features we need just yet -Can be a tough sales cycle but opportunities are there if you keep digging for them
