Processes need major improvement, but you never know who to talk to in order to improve them. Accountability seems to be passed on to everyone except the person who is truly responsible. Leadership likes to weigh in on projects outside their knowledge area which makes one wonder why they hire employees educated in the different fields.
They also like to claim to be people oriented, yet set hard and fast rules when it comes to reviews. Past working performaces within the company are not looked at and if you start to slip, you're out.
