      I can not think of any except for a weekly paycheck

      No training. You are supposed to watch someone do the job for a couple days and then be on your own.

      We appreciate your feedback regarding training. We will review our current process for training Customer Service Representatives and make the necessary changes to provide new CSR's with the tools and information to become successful in their role.
