If you like to be micro managed, you will need to make sure this is clear as the company doesn't set out to micro manage. This also means that the company needs to work harder to ensure that the internal training programme is more robust. The great thing is that the company has listened to feedback and a new training programme is being devised to ensure further training and support is given, especially at the beginning of the employee life cycle.
