Transparency in how all the verticals are doing. Management do seem to care about their employees. Fully remote

Very strong push into AI right now, which is normal, but can feel tiring hearing about and using different AI products. A lot of remote workers are not in the hub cities so there isn’t a lot of events to attend unless you live near one of the hubs. Can feel quite difficult to move verticals internally and not all of the verticals offer the same room for growth. This leads to feeling like you may need to leave the company to grow professionally

I worked at DaySmart for almost a year and loved the company while I was there. The people I worked with while I was there were absolute hard working sweethearts, fantastic to work with and very technically competent. I wish them all the absolute best of luck in the future.

Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons, but DaySmart is definitely headed in a positive direction vs some of the older reviews here on glassdoor.
