The team is staffed with stellar individuals who have stayed scrappy, and are always willing to pivot as needed to deliver results. Executive leadership is transparent, They welcome feedback and ideas with an open mind and truly look to its people. There are no egos here. Other than no wellness stipend or 401k match, the benefits are great. As a working parent I appreciate the unlimited/flexible PTO.

Communication around internal processes and changes between teams is a bit disconnected. We need more real time updates and documentation for our SOPs. I know we are working on closing many gaps though and have a positive outlook.
