High Attrition: 13 staff members leaving in less than a year Operational Instability: Sudden changes to benefits and a lack of condensed administrative processes (too many meetings) detract from client care. Wellness & Boundaries: There is a critical lack of training regarding client boundaries, leading to systemic compassion fatigue and burnout.
