They are welcoming and supportive and I learned an incredible amount thanks to their patience and insight. - The remuneration is relatively high in comparison to other internships in France. - The location of the offices can't be beat. So many good places to eat.

Working here is like being a frog in a pot of water that is slowly being heated up until you find yourself boiled and burnt out. It's not that bad at first but little by little the distrust, the lack of long term vision, the lack of resources, the poor management, and the verbal abuse/yelling from members of the direction will take its toll. Additionally the recent covid measures have been poorly handled. And despite government rules requiring 3 days of working from home there is still pushback from upper management against this. Recently, more and more frogs are waking up and jumping out of the pot before it boils. I think the staff turnover is the clearest indication that things aren't going well and there is no sign of upper management taking that seriously or making efforts to change the way things are done.
