Timelines are insane, "build a satellite, test and qualify for flight in 6 months" is a norm. There is no CTO in the company; technical decisions are made randomly without technical knowledge or requirements. The company open a branch in US, where all the employees in Germany are having a hard time to "share" information with another country, a conflict of interest. There is no available space for the amount of projects and tasks that need to be done in the company, laboratories are a mess and there is no procurement sector or logistics, crazy scenario go get things going. The upper management has a high trust in suppliers and partners, where partners doesn't have the same view and most of the time "ignore" Dcubed purchases to prioritize other clients

Great team with people who all work together well, no matter which department. Management is always communicative and transparent.

Relatively small office for the amount of people working in the office.
