All sales history reports and data are confirmed through our Sales Support Department before we ever discuss this information with a potential new hire. All information is verified through multiple departments to ensure accuracy. Current and past sales numbers are always provided when requested, and where possible, always.
Regarding the claim about the draw, and chargebacks. It is very common when we have salespeople who have been successful in their endeavors to receive commission checks when they leave our company. There are no set “chargeback” costs when a member of our sales team leaves. Chargeback is a term that refers to your prior sales being returned by the customer or if your customer does not pay for the order you placed.
Draws are commission advances and are explained in a commission agreement, which both parties sign upon hiring. Commission advances are based on your future projected sales. Every sales team member can request to reduce their commission advance at any time. Additionally, it is clearly expressed that it is the sales team member’s responsibility to return all company inventory samples in their possession upon leaving or termination of employment with our company.
