Working at DeGroot Logistics has been an incredible experience. The people here are truly amazing — flexible, supportive, and always ready to step up when things change. Their phenomenal teamwork and positive attitude make every challenge easier and every success more meaningful. I’m proud to be part of such an adaptable, hardworking team.

I don’t have anything negative to say. Every challenge here feels like an opportunity to grow and learn from an amazing team

When I first joined this company, I had no prior experience in the field. They did a very great job of teaching me how to become successful at this job. This company truly invests in its employees, not just as workers, but as people. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow here and highly recommend it to anyone who’s motivated to learn and be part of a supportive team. This is a great environment to grow in and the employees are great people. Also, there is breakfast on Mondays and lunch on Fridays which is a great perk.

The hours are tough at first (7am-4pm) but you eventually get used to it and it is nice getting out at 4pm.
