Everything, miss the place so much.

They do a lot of aggressive changes to be competitive and remain as an industry leader for tasting rooms in Washington, and I think they should slow down as it can feel disorganized. Also, tip pools. I would make more in tips than my salary and with the tip share I would make significant less money from my shifts. Used to be a 30% tip share to support staff. If asked, I would have rather tipped 45% and kept my tips instead of doing a tip pool.

A lot of change and now leadership is gone leaving us with the ‘support and open door policy’ of corporate who knows nothing about the job. No pay increases for any one on the floor. Tip pool includes leads, people working in back offices and restaurant leaving us with a saturated pool. Our manager and multiple leads left at the same time and after our last all staff meeting, I can see why. Moral is very low, corporate is clueless and many of us are looking for another job.
