Nonexistent “leadership”, no transparency, run like a dictatorship without being in the field or knowing ANY customers. Massive disconnect between consultants in the field and leadership who sit at home on their laptops and manage from a spreadsheet. No career development discussions, advancement opportunities, etc. New comp plan seems favorable unless they deem you “understaffed”, then you make less and have to hire another green rep. No metrics, no transparency.
