DeVry's culture is amazing and you can tell that the colleagues here actually care about each other as well as those we serve. It speaks volumes that in a fully remote work environment I feel like I am actually more connected with colleagues than I have been in previous roles at other companies that were fully in-person, and that is in large part because of the intentionality of our leadership. I've never worked somewhere where it was so prevalent that people were there for the right reasons and truly just wanted to make a positive impact. And DeVry's leadership not only allows space for innovation and new ideas, but they encourage it. Beyond that, DeVry offers much flexibility and work life balance, and is overall just an excellent place to work.

The culture at DeVry is phenomenal. There is a consistent need to focus on the overall colleague experience and make it better. Transparent Communication is also a strength for DeVry. I appreciate the fact that Executive leaders and cascaded down share a clear and concise story. My immediate manager is dedicated in developing as well as utilizing my transferable skills to better enhance my career and overall knowledge. I truly enjoy working at DeVry.

I currently can not think of "cons" but if I think about going from good to great. I would say, To move from good to great, continued investment in leadership and colleague development will be key. Equipping managers with the skills and tools to effectively coach, empower, and develop their teams will strengthen engagement and performance across the organization. Clear, consistent messaging paired with agility in times of change will help colleagues feel supported as they balance priorities and navigate external pressures.
