      Management is detached from expectations. Work is masked as research, but it rarely uses it. Managemnt overscopes Crunch is expected. Unpaid overtime is expected. You're expected to sacrifice weekends, without pay to complete deadlines. The career progression for professional employment is nill. Yearly full-time contracts only. Risk of non-contract renewal is everlooming.

      Great people working in all departments and all levels of the university. Access to excellent facilities and services.

      Staff retention, especially in support roles, needs to be better. Navigating university procedures and digitial infrastructure can be frustrating and time consuming.
