- product features are mostly a copy of its competitors, no uniqueness whatsoever - extremely high turnover (30 employees, from which 20 left/fired in the last year or two) - no one in the company has a background in M&A, which makes it extremely difficult to come up with successful strategic decisions and direction - very poorly managed, 'leaders' have insufficient expertise (apart from engineering) - no career growth whatsoever, you also won't learn anything - the company doesn't have a future as the vision is a joke - The 'unlimited' PTO policy is non-existent
